In 2020, the Turkish government introduced UETDS, a mandatory digital system that requires every passenger-transport company to log each trip at least one hour before departure via its e-Devlet portal.
That regulation created new headaches: company owners had to share their personal e-Devlet credentials with dispatchers and drivers; staff spent hours re-typing passenger lists from Excel; and a single trip entry on the slow, multi-step portal could take up to ten minutes.
We saw an opportunity to build Uetds Kamu — our own product that streamlines compliance, centralises data entry, and lets transport companies focus on moving people, not fighting bureaucracy.
