Evo Gayrimenkul, a real estate company, approached Supadigi with a clear and timely idea: to build a central digital platform where construction firms and real-estate agents could connect and collaborate around active property projects.
Traditionally, each real-estate office relied on its own internal software or custom website to display project listings — but these systems were costly to develop, hard to maintain, and difficult for external agents to adopt. Meanwhile, advertising projects online was expensive and scattered. Without a centralized, standardized interface, every firm ended up reinventing the wheel.
The founder envisioned something different: a unified system where developers could list their projects once, and thousands of verified real-estate agents could instantly access, present, and sell those units using a shared, intuitive platform. That vision became ProjeSunumu — a multi-platform solution designed from the ground up to streamline property pre-sales.
In the real estate sector, pre-selling units in under-construction projects is a critical part of financing ongoing developments. Yet the tools used to enable those sales were disjointed and inefficient. Construction firms shared unit details via Excel sheets and printed brochures, while real-estate offices each maintained their own fragmented software systems.
Even when firms tried to build their own systems, the cost of development, user acquisition, and training agents across multiple platforms made it unsustainable. The industry needed one thing: a shared, standardized, up-to-date ecosystem that worked for both sides.
Supadigi built ProjeSunumu not just as a tool — but as a complete system tailored to the way construction firms and agents actually work. We recognized early that most construction firms are not technical. They don't want to learn complex dashboards, manage multilingual content, or manually enter unit-level data. That's why we designed ProjeSunumu to remove all operational friction from their side.
For construction firms, instead of forcing them to learn complex tools, we built the system around their natural habits. Firms simply send over what they already have — Excel sheets, visuals, and basic unit details. From there, our internal entry operators, working within the ProjeSunumu team, handle all data entry, content structuring, and multi-language setup. For ongoing updates like availability or pricing, we provide a seamless option: integration with the firm's own Google Drive. They continue using their familiar internal spreadsheet, and ProjeSunumu automatically syncs that data live to the platform. Of course, if they prefer, firms also have access to a dedicated dashboard where they can manually update any part of their project — including unit statuses, visibility periods, or marketing media.
For real-estate agents, the experience is instant. Whether on mobile or desktop, they can browse projects with full access to filters, showcase full media galleries to clients, generate branded PDFs, and even verify buyer interest via WhatsApp OTP — all within a few taps. All media is served from AWS S3 and CloudFront for fast, reliable access. Every piece of information — from pricing to PDF generation — is real-time, version-controlled, and instantly actionable. At its core, ProjeSunumu is about reducing friction. We don't just digitize sales — we simplify the entire pre-sales process and extend the power of digital to teams that never had time for it.
From intuitive agent tools to behind-the-scenes automation, ProjeSunumu is packed with features that remove friction at every stage of the sales process. Here’s a look at what powers the platform.
Agents can visually explore every unit in a project via a full-color map interface. Built with React Konva, the plan supports hover tooltips, filtering by availability and room count, and deep linking to unit details.
With one click, agents generate a customer-branded, print-ready PDF containing all unit details. Uses wkhtmltopdf for server-side generation with zero client setup. Includes agent name, contact, and unit data.
Construction firms can keep using their own internal spreadsheets — ProjeSunumu automatically syncs updates like price, availability, and status from a connected Google Sheet. No need to open a dashboard.
All project data and platform UI is localized in Turkish, English, German, and Russian. Agents can switch languages instantly — no reloading required. Content is managed using i18next.
Buyers can verify their WhatsApp number with a one-time password (OTP) to ensure secure communication and reduce spam.
Construction firms can renew their project visibility durations via the dashboard. Select duration → pay → visibility extended.
