Quote deadlines were regularly missed, carriers kept emailing after cut-off, and comparing hundreds of numbers across multiple Excel files became a nightmare. KreaWeb asked Supadigi to design, architect, and build a solution from scratch.
The result is Order Tracker — a web-based tender platform that replaces siloed spreadsheets and email threads with a single, real-time workspace for requests, bids, and analytics.
KreaWeb needed a secure, role-based web app to centralise tenders, automate email traffic, and surface the best quote instantly.
Supadigi designed and engineered CargoTender as a single-page web application with two role levels: Admin and User. Admins manage carrier records, user access, and global settings; Users create and track tenders.
A new request is created in one form: origin, destination, pallet specs, photos, preferred timelines, and quote deadline. The system generates a unique secure link for every carrier and auto-emails it to all selected companies or carrier groups. Carriers open that link, review cargo details on the left, and enter their quote on the right — complete with a live countdown timer showing time remaining.
All incoming quotes stream into a single table where staff can rank by net / gross price, ETA, or any other field. Accepting a bid triggers automatic acceptance and decline emails to all parties, closing the loop with zero manual typing.
